Add the powder to cold with water or milk at 10-15° C and whip it for around 3-4 minutes at a high speed. It is recommended to be kept In the Refrigerator for 15 Minutes before usage. Once prepared the liquid mix, it must be stored below 5° C and used within 3 days.
